Your final chance to purchase homes in Ventura new communities Topa Topa and Anacapa at The Farm starts tonight with the Selection Event. Do not delay, wait, pause, lag, linger, stall, or dawdle. Start the pre-qualification process when it goes live at midnight to ensure you can purchase one of these popular homes before they are all sold out. Twelve new homes will be released for Anacapa and 10 homes for Topa Topa.
These two new-home collections have been the shining stars of the Ventura County new-home market since their introduction last year, and quick sales have necessitated these final phase releases to meet strong buyer demand.
“Topa Topa’s single-family homes featuring East Coast architecture and traditional designs with well-appointed floorplans have been a huge hit with homebuyers,” said Daniel Faina, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, at Williams Homes. “Anacapa’s distinctive townhomes that live like single-family homes but in a lower maintenance offering have been a real surprise to buyers. Both of these communities have sold quickly, prompting early phase releases, but those who have not yet made their move will want to make sure they prequalify as soon as they can at midnight on February 3. Once these homes are gone—they’re gone.”
The online pre-qualification process to purchase homes in Ventura in the final phase of Topa Topa and Anacapa starting tonight is being managed by Williams Homes’ preferred lender, The Carver Group. Purchase priority for the homes will be based on first to start and complete the pre-approval process, with pre-approved buyers receiving an invitation to buy in the final phase release of their chosen community.
Topa Topa offers spacious homes in Ventura with one- and two-story designs with three to four bedrooms and two to three baths in 1,914–2,753 square feet. The community exudes a welcoming, family-friendly nature, with airy floorplans that showcase great gathering spaces and ample entertainment opportunities. Gourmet island kitchens open into great rooms and dining rooms or breakfast nooks, and yard spaces, patios, and optional California rooms create the perfect opportunity to take advantage of cooling ocean breezes and indoor-outdoor living.
Townhomes are currently the “fastest-growing segment of the single-family housing construction market, according to the National Association of Home Builders, and that trend is certainly being seen at Anacapa. These unique townhome residences feature three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three baths in 1,744 to 2,287 square feet. Well-designed floorplans offer open sightlines and great flow throughout, but while the residences offer interiors that impart a single-family feel—and even include private yards that are just the right size—buyers love the reduced maintenance involved. The community’s Homeowner’s Association takes care of the front-yard maintenance, hazard insurance, building maintenance, and roof maintenance and repair.
